I joined the NOVA Institute in 2000. I thoroughly enjoy providing the best customer care possible by doing my part to make their experience with us pleasant and one that meets their every expectation.
In my free time I volunteer at my church and enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter. Being born and raised in McLean, Virginia I am a die-hard Washington Redskins fan and love cheering them on. I also love spending time and cooking for my entire family.
